YOUR IMPACT

As Inside Sales Representative, you will identify and qualify opportunities within the Philippines market. This role combines market research, lead generation, and consultative discovery skills to fuel our sales engine while building expertise in the high-demand EPM consulting field.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and map target accounts within priority industries

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social selling

  • Qualify opportunities using established methodology

  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients

  • Document customer requirements and pain points systematically

  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales on solution demonstrations

  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM system

  • Provide market intelligence to inform sales strategies

  • Support digital marketing campaigns with follow-up activities


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of B2B software inside sales experience

  • Strong understanding of the Philippines corporate landscape

  • Excellent research and discovery questioning skills

  • Outstanding communication abilities in English and Filipino

  • Experience engaging Finance, IT, or Business Intelligence departments

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach

  • Experience in EPM, CPM, BI, or related enterprise solutions (preferred)

  • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes (preferred)
