Replacing a planning platform across four business units, against a date that cannot move
One of the largest enterprises in the Philippines, planning across property, retail, hotels and estates.
The problem.
Planning sat partly in Anaplan and partly in spreadsheets. Cycles took weeks, each business unit worked to its own definitions, and forecasts reached leadership after they had stopped being useful. The Anaplan licences have a fixed expiry, so the replacement had a deadline before it had a design.
The approach. Jedox across four business units, covering driver-based planning and forecasting, annual budgeting and management reporting. Each business unit keeps the detail it needs; the group gets one set of numbers. Fixed price against a fixed go-live date, with each stage signed off before the next begins.
Where it stands. Phase 1 delivered financial reporting. The client then extended the engagement into Phase 2 across all four business units. Requirements and design are signed off and the build is under way.
