Enterprise performance management is the whole business: planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting on Jedox. We are not an ERP practice with a planning team attached, and we are not a data consultancy. One platform, one discipline.
What we do
Implementation. We take a group from spreadsheets, or from a platform that has not worked, to Jedox in production. Requirements documented with each business unit, design signed off before any build, configuration in sprints, testing by your team, then go-live. Fixed price against a fixed go-live date.
Training. Your team should be able to run and extend the platform without calling us. Administrator and end-user training, written documentation of the models we build, and knowledge transfer during the build rather than only at the end.
Ongoing support. Hypercare after go-live, a support channel with agreed response times, enhancements as the business changes, and help setting up a Centre of Excellence so the capability stays with you.
